Santiago Deicas was Born in the vineyards. He discovered his passion for wine when he was very young.. He worked alongside winemakers such as Michelle Roland and Paul Hobbs, which inspired him to find his own style. The Bizarra Extravaganza was his own creation.
The Bizarra project began in 2014 when he started making craft beer inspired by the purity of craft beer which triggered the idea of making natural wines. The use of ancient techniques developed the ability to analyze and to know what happens in the wine, at the microbiological and molecular level so it prevents spoilage and reduces oxidation with a small amount of SO2 during bottling just to reduce oxidation.
