Philip Schell, originally from Bordeaux and having relocated to Mendoza in 1998 as a business
partner with Michel Rolland, is now passionately steering his own enterprise: “Moved by the
richness of the ancient vineyards in Lujan de Cuyo, I discovered the essence for my wines,
crafted in a winery that shares my philosophy—a blend of environmental reverence, traditional
values, and modern technological support”
My mission is to capture the authentic essence of the terroir, which holds immense potential for
quality, nurturing the grapes to extract the distinct flavors, aromas, and bouquet of Mendocino
Malbec. I taste, blend samples, fine-tune proportions, adjust arrangements, and taste again for
perfection. Additionally, I craft a delightful, crisp Chardonnay.
